I'm embracing our quiet weekends while they last, once the weather heats up, so do our schedules. Therefore, not a ton to bore you with share today but a couple weekend highlights…
We've been dying to try Bonefish and we finally did this weekend! OBSESSED!
Why have we never gone before?!
Everything was fantastic but we especially loved the appetizers..
We got the bang bang shrimp and the mussels.
and to make it even better the restaurant was packed, per usually I guess and we got a booth!
I love booths.
We headed out for drinks after and it was the perfect little date night.

Lots of attention for Miss Stella. Puppy cuddles. Fetch. Bone chewing.
I just love playing with her and seeing her happy.
She makes me feel so loved because she loves being by mine (or Derek's side)
Stells also got her first haircut on Friday and how cute is the bow they put in her hair!!

A fantastic night night in to myself
complete with a personal pizza delivery (splurge)
a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills marathon
and online shopping/browsing.
Perfect.
I got in two great naps. When I woke up I didn't need to rush off and be doing things, I could just slowly wake up and refresh myself. It was the best feeling! Haven't been able to do this in a while.
Some great family time. Some great friends time.

One very lazy catchup day. We were able to get in church and a couple quick errands yesterday before we went home to watch the snow fall. It was beautiful to watch, before it changed to the wintery ice mix. We both took Stella out to play, lit our little candle (we don't have a fireplace), each took a couch and relaxed away.

We also lost cable AND internet for a little while because of the storm so that's always fun. Luckily in our laziness we had and OC marathon and I caught up on some hollywood gossip.
This was the perfect weekend. I love when we are busy and have plans (which is picking up soon) so I'm savoring our lazy, no plans, do whatever we want, whenever we want weekends.

And… today I'm also linking up for a couple Pinspired looks from the weekend
with Mix Match Mama, Pinterest Told Me To & The Larson Lingo

I LOVE the idea of finding outfits on Pinterest and getting "pinspired" because I usually have a lot of the staple items in my closet and just don't think to match them the way that someone else does!
Added: Also linking up Wednesday with Because Shanna Said So and The Pleated Poppy
I also hardly any time into "photographing" my looks so excuse the poor photography and lack of additional photos.
Outfit One
I wore this one out over the weekend and loved highlighting the statement necklace.. I probably wouldn't have gone for the all black on my own

ReplyDeleteSo glad you had a good dinner out--a booth on a busy night is a total win! :)
Sucks about your power going out but at least you had things to entertain you in the meantime!
Hope your Monday is off to a good start!!
I honestly have no words for Stella... she is seriously the cutest ever!!! Also, your outfits are perfect. I really need to get on that and start using some of my style inspiration on Pinterest. Looks like an awesome weekend!
