Time gets away! Teddy had his nine month check up today and continues to grow before our eyes. Catching up on the past two months...
At eight months he could get himself into the sitting position from laying down, pulled himself up in his crib and his bottom tooth started to pop through - tons of teething going on. A big step this month was that he really started to prefer food over bottles and we've cut back on bottles - usually about 4 or so a day. He likes to put anything in his mouth that he can, any toys and cold spoons/teething toys. Just after 8 months he moved to his crib and he sleeps wonderfully - usually about 12 hours a night.
At nine months he's weighed in at 19.4 pounds and is 2.4 feet tall. He continues to grow well and (almost) always has a smile on his face. He learned to clap and loves doing so, responds to his name and raises his hands to be picked up. He had a second bottom front tooth pop through and continues to love most foods. He never turns away from any pasta or rice items. He loves running in his walker, eating, cuddling and blabbering all sorts of baby noises.
