If you missed the pre-shower events: click here

I still can't stop smiling from this weekend - I was overwhelmed and blessed with having all my family and friends together and just had the best time.
Shower Invitation - I just about died when Mom showed me these

{The Setup}

 The Cake Table
 Obsessed with the cake - all of Kyj's cakes (my favorite bakery) are fantastic but there was something extra good about this one
 Table Layout
 Christina's Bridal Shower Game Booklet
 Martini Glass Flower Centerpieces

 The Soda/Water/Juice Bar
 A full view of the room - it was beautiful - I was blown away when I walked in
 Entry Way Table - L O V E Mugs filled with flowers and Date Night Jar
 Date Night Jar where everyone wrote date night ideas for at home or out for us

{Drink Bar}
Champagne Punch, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Wine
 A Key to Success at each place setting
 {Appetizer Table}
 Loving my personalized napkins

{Prizes}
Cupcake Mix in Mason Jars

{Shower Favors}

Personalized Soaps

{Gifts from the Bridesmaids}
I was blown away by the baskets my girls put together! So creative and thoughtful!  Each girl had a different theme and made a basket with items pertaining to that theme - They each said a little bit about their basket (but they were too fabulous with too many contents to open there, so it was a treat to go through them after the shower at home

Honeymoon: Sam

 Cooking: Bianca
 Drink/Barware: Ashley
Monogram: Kortne
Baking: Lindsay
Barbecue: Sarah

As if they hadn't already done enough - they also put together an adorable basket of wine for some of our "firsts"
{First House}
"Your search was worth the wait for a place to plant some roots - Now it's time to make a toast, relax and kick off your boots! Congratulations are in order, but the work is not done yet - the best part still lies ahead, turning this house into a home"
{First Anniversary}
"You've been married for a year now - where did the time go? You're no longer newlyweds now both of you are pros - Hope the days find you in good health and good spirits - keep on saying 'I love you' - One always needs to hear it! Now toast this first year, it certainly won't be the last as you build your future together, never forget about your past
{First Baby} a bottle of beer for Derek
The news that a baby will soon share your life makes a great reason to celebrate as husband and wife - you'll guide baby through good times and especially through bad - Christina the loving mother, Derek the dearest dad, Don't worry mom, nine months will quickly pass, but just this once - you'll have to raise an empty glass"
{First Valentine's Day}
"Cupid, Flowers, Candy and Kisses - Enjoy your first Valentine's Day as Mr. & Mrs. Open this wine, which is festively red, you'll start off in the kitchen but end up in the bed"
{First Christmas Eve}
"Tis the season for lots of holiday cheer - special moments like these are meant for wine, not beer! So relax and pop the cork - drink tip the night is through - then kiss goodnight, close your eyes and Santa will be good to you"
{First New Year's Eve}
Excitement is in the air - the countdown to a midnight kiss - toast to friends, good health, success, toast to more moments like this - toast through this whole bottle - make resolutions if you please - get all gussied up - just don't forget the Black Eyed Peas"
{First Fight}
 When arguments occur and tempers get hot, pour a nice glass of wine and be thankful for what you've got! If you always agreed it would certainly be a bore, and by asking for Christina's hand, Derek is certainly in for more"
and last but not least.. {Wedding Night}
"The night you've dreamed of is finally here - the future surrounds you with hope, yet fear - You've found and married your true soulmate so sip this wine & toast this date - the night is meant for you to share - Christina & Derek, a perfect pair

Part Two Coming Tomorrow…
