Top Five: Repeat Recipes

Happy Friday!  We're finishing up our stay in California this weekend and I'll be back around here after the holiday - Speaking of, I hope you all have a very happy Fourth of July!

Today I'm re-sharing my top five favorite summer appetizers...

This is hands down our favorite around here for the second year in a row.  More times than not you'll probably notice it somewhere on our table for happy hour - it's the perfect refreshing summer dip.  We've started to use a little greek dressing when mixing it up as well as black olives sometimes too to make it more Mediterranean.

How easy.  We especially like these at the lake because they are great for people to grab and go and also easy to put on a platter and bring down to the dock.  Another refreshing one for a hot day.

These are great for a group and easy to throw together.  It takes just three ingredients and a little assembly time and you're all set.

Everyone loves shrimp as an appetizer, right?  It's one of our favorites because you just really need to take it out of the fridge, put it on a platter and you're good to go.  I'm not a cocktail sauce girl so when I found this recipe I knew it was for me.

This could work for an appetizer or a side but it's delicious.  The combination of flavors is such a treat and if you want to eliminate the bread then you can stick to the classic caprese skewer with mozzarella, tomato and basil sprinkled with balsamic - my favorite part!

What are your favorite summer appetizers; we're always looking for more...

Have a great weekend & a great holiday! xx
