Friday Picks: Littles Swim

Happy Friday... and Happy June! I'm so glad summer is here because the pool and other outdoor activities (sand box, playground, water table, playing outside in general) tire Tatum out - he plays so hard!  Our pool bag is permanently packed and ready to go at a minutes notice.  I foresee us spending many mornings and/or afternoons at the pool this summer.

We're just starting out but in the pool bag I always keep a dry bag with diapers/wipes/swim diapers.  I throw in a onesie or t-shirt for when he dries off.  Then the usual towel, water toys, bottle supplies.

Clothes:
I love any bathing suit that has the full suit/rash guard/hat like this one that I recently picked up.  Derek and I have the lobster beach towels and a similar tote so I loved that this suit matched.  Target, Baby Gap and Janie & Jack are my favorite places to pickup bathing suits/swim hats for Tatum.

Essentials:
Huggies swim diapers are my favorite for Tatum even though we're Pampers people (the Pampers swim diapers don't attach on the sides so for a baby like him it's harder to change the diaper).  He's pretty good about sunscreen going on but these sticks are great for the face.  I got a bunch of these beach bucket sets in the Target dollar spot - one for the pool, one for the shore, one for the lake and some to leave on vacation and not worry about bringing home - the toys and water in the bucket entertain him so.  He loves rubber duckies - mostly chewing on them but still fun pool entertainment.

Toys:
Since he's so little I pretty much just get bath toys for him to use.  I've gotten a few little trucks, boats and beach balls in the Target pool aisle but he loves all the items below - the stacker cups are his favorite!
