Looks & Life Lately {19}

Happy Tuesday, everybody! It's nice to be getting back into a normal routine today - we left last Wednesday for Arizona and got back yesterday - luckily I had the day at home to recover and because of some housework being done later this week, I'll be ending the week short as well.   

I'll be sharing all about our trip next week (or you can peek on instagram and twitter to see some of what we were up to) and to ease back in today I'm sharing a little bit about what we've been up to around here.

Spring blooms are a necessity around the house this time of the year... 


We went to our first Phillies game of the season the week before last and the weather was ideal - we completely lucked out.  My parent's have season tickets to a certain amount of games and we've just rotated who went in the past but this year they added an extra ticket so my parents, brother, Derek and I can all go together now.

Derek and I both love baseball but we don't agree on teams.  We've compromised over other sports - him taking on Penn State and me the Cowboys but our house will forever remain divided when it comes to the Phillies and the Mets (who were playing eachother on this night).


Stella got a haircut a couple weeks ago - without her fur she's much more petite and slid right out of her harness on our walk - hense carrying her up the hill below.

This is basically sums up life right now - unpacking, laundry, going through the mail pile, catching up on emails, the list goes on and on!


Cheers to a new week - it's good to be back around here!
(well it would be nice to still be in the 80+ degree AZ weather...)

    I loved your snaps from your trip! AZ looks like a really pretty place to vacation to! And I know what you mean about the laundry. As much as I love vacationing, the worst part is all of the laundry you have to do when you get home.

    It looked like y'all had the best time in Arizona, and I'm sure you were loving the temperature difference too! The coming back from a trip and having all the housework to do is the worst, but thankfully you have an extra day to get all of that done!

    Those 3 p's are my favorite too! But make mine noir. Can't wait to hear about the trip. That pic of your pup reminds me my pup needs a haircut too. She always slips out the harness when her hair is short too!
