Happy September! The unofficial start of fall is here and this weekend marks the start of college football. Recently Kirk Herbstreit of ESPN & College Game Day called Penn State's student section the best in the nation and I couldn't agree more! (article here)
We're getting ready for our first tailgate of the season this weekend so today I thought I'd share some of our favorite tailgate recipes from last season…
Some of our other favorite go-to's that are easy to pick up at the store and throw right in the cooler are… chips/dip, vegetable try, cheese plate, shrimp, chick-fil-a nugget platter, deviled eggs, hummus, hoagies, pulled pork sliders… basically anything easy.
For noon games we usually like to do a brunch tailgate with our favorite items being overnight crockpot casserole, bridesmaids bread or monkey bread and fruit.
