House Inspiration: Kitchen

One of our furniture pieces that we're swapping out for new is the kitchen table.  After a little searching I thought I'd go with a slight farmhouse feel.  There are counter stools that match the table and also a bench that we can switch in/out for seating which I figured would work well as our little boy grows up - for now we'll keep it in the mudroom.

With our white cabinets I wanted a lighter farmhouse look and this table fit the theme.  Like the rest of the house I wanted to keep things neutral with tans and creams.  

I'm thinking simple light fixtures and just a cream rug for under the table.  I ordered a sign for the nursery and couldn't help but through these two into the order too - one for the kitchen and one for the mudroom.
