Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip

'Tis the season for pumpkin.  I'm a pumpkin fan - in small doses and definitely a dip fan.  This dip came together in just minutes, is so easy and quite tasty.  I made it around Halloween and one batch was more than enough for two separate gatherings.  I served it with vanilla wafers (then ran out and used teddy grahams).  I'll definitely be repeating this again come Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup pumpkin spice coffee creamer
one 3.4 ounce package pumpkin spice instant pudding
(use can use cheesecake instant pudding if you can't find the other - that's what I did)
one 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups frozen whipped topping
vanilla wafers, graham crackers, etc. for dipping

Directions:
Whisk together the pumpkin spice coffee creamer with the instant pudding.  Set aside for five minutes.
In a separate bowl mix together the softened cream cheese and sugar.
Add pudding to cream cheese mixture and beat well.
Fold in two cups whipped topping.
Refrigerate until serving time and serve with whatever you'd like to dip.

Enjoy! xx

  2. Coffee creamer in a dip?! That's interesting! It looks really good, too. Which did you think tasted better with it--teddy grahams or nilla wafers?
