Christina Can Cook: Beef Tips & Noodles

In the dining hall at school, beef tips and noodles was one of my favorite meals, so I was thrilled when I moved back home and mom taught me her own beef tips & noodles recipe.  It's very simple, if I can make it, anyone can..

Ingredients: 
2.5 pounds lean stew meat
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry of dry onion soup mix
Directions: 
- Mix the beef, soup (with no added water) and dry onion soup mix together in a bowl
- Pour evenly into a baking pan and cover with tin foil
- Slow bake at 300 degrees for approximately four hours (use your judgment)
- Serve over pasta, potatoes, or any food of your choice
 Beef after cooking 
 It tasted great served over pasta
