I have a small list of maternity/size items to get for the start of fall and the first few weeks after baby but other than that I'm trying to hold off on too much shopping other than leggings, sweaters, etc. Speaking of - mamas - what were your favorite postpartum clothing items?? Please share as shopping for my few fall pieces is high on the to do list.
I've also had fun browsing accessories. I don't need too many things but they are always fun to look at - plus I know it'll get use pre/post baby.
A few of my favorites from the week below...
tory burch swingpack crossbody bag / tory burch studded nylon tote / steve madden sneaker / halogen slide loafer /
madewell fringe earrings / baublebar fringe earrings / the lace project three bead stretch bracelet / madewell scarf
Have a good weekend! xx
I'm so ready for fall clothes too!! I love the iPhone case and those slides! Have you heard of the maternity line Blanqi? I saw them on IG and saw they have postpartum clothes too!

Those mules always catch my eye - just not sure how comfortable they would be?? Super cute, though!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your TB bag crushes - I have wanted the tote for a while! xo, Biana-BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteMy favorite postpartum clothing items (other than the fabulous brief underwear and nursing bras) are maternity leggings -- especially since you'll be delivering in the fall -- comfortable two-piece pajamas with a button-front and elastic waistband, and anything flowy in the front. I've found that even though I'm down to my pre-pregnancy weight, my body just isn't the same. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm loving those Tory Burch bags!
Postpartum clothing is SO tough. I couldn't fit into my regular jeans yet but my maternity jeans wouldn't stay up. I work a lot of leggings and baggy tops. If it would have been hot outside I would have worn all maxi dresses!
ReplyDeleteI want those Steve Madden sneakers -- they look so cute and comfy!
ReplyDeleteI love neutrals! Bring on all the fall clothes :) Obviously I have not been there but according to my momma friends, high waist leggings (like the zella ones) and flowy tops are a must.
ReplyDeleteI've been eyeing those Steve Madden shoes, and I think it's time to finally pull the trigger! As for post partum clothes, it was mostly leggings and athleisure items since you'll be home a lot those first few weeks. I eased back into pre-pregnancy clothes, and lived in flowy dresses when we did make it out of the house for appointments and events. If you end up having an emergency c-section like I did, you'll fall in love with high-waisted leggings and yoga pants which will be comfortable, clean and put together, but also above the area that needs to heal. So exciting! Enjoy these last few weeks <3

Maternity leggings are a must and if you're going to nurse, get several of the Motherhood Maternity clip-down nursing tanks! They are amazing! I lived in them for the first month!
ReplyDeleteLOVE everything about that TB tote!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for fall!! Too bad I'll need to travel north for any type of fall clothing lol Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSo ready for fall!
