Today I'm sharing the last recap of our recent trip to Arizona.  If you missed any of the previous posts you can find our time in Sedona here and here as well as the first part of our stay in Phoenix here.

On our last day we spent the morning down in Tucson and the afternoon relaxing around the hotel.  We went down to Tucson to visit the grounds near the University of Arizona since Steve went to grad school there and I almost went to college there.  We drove past all the sights and places important to him before strolling campus and having a delicious early lunch at Gentle Ben's Brewing Company right on the outskirts of campus.  It was all U of A themed right down to the drink menu and the "bear"garitas.

It was a gorgeous day so after a little browsing in the shops we hurried to get into our bathing suits and into the nice weather.  The boys played some mini golf before we all spent a while at the pool.  The restaurant had a little area that dipped down right by the pool bar so we could all chat while in/out of the pool.

Dinner was at the hotel tonight so we had some drinks in the lounge in our building before heading to the patio of Wright's Bar outside for another pre dinner drink.  We dined outside and had a delicious final dinner before heading back to the private lounge for some desserts.  Derek and I mingled with everyone until about 9ish and then we made our way to the airport for the redeye home (everyone else was returning the next day).

  12. How much fun!! I LOVE your dresses! So neat the pool had seating "in the pool" so your parents could be there while y'all swam! How was it taking the red eye? Were you able to sleep the whole time?
